document archives

Each group on schoolboardnet contains an online library, or a place to store important documentation. The features of the Document Archives include the ability to:

  • Organize documents in folders
  • Easily upload documents to the archives
  • Automatically store a copy of documents attached to agenda in the Meetings Folder
  • Release folders and documents to the public or keep them private for members
  • Store up to 4GB of documents with unlimitted history

A link to the Document Archive is available from any of the group's pages. Clicking on the link to the Archives displays the folders that documents are stored under.

Clicking on a folder reveals the documents stored in it.
