notifications

Notifications provide you with a way to let members know of changes to schoolboardnet. Through schoolboardnet's Everything in One Placesm customized access, members recieve a compiled e-mail of all changes to each of the groups the member is a part of. Addition features of Notifications include:

  • System's ability to compile information and send out notifications at 1 a.m. each morning
  • System's ability to send notifications when the news section is updated and events and surveys are published
  • Member's ability to turn off notifications
  • Member's ability to stop e-mail forwarding of notifications

Members have the ability to manually turn on or off the notification for each group with the sound icons found at the top of each group page.

When changes are made to schoolboardnet, members receive an e-mail with a link to each of the new items.
