security
schoolboardnet provides
three different security levels:
- Public - no security, open access
- Member - secured login, limited access
- Administrator - secured login, unlimited access
public access
The general public is provided free access to all Boards, Districts
and State Associations on schoolboardnet. It is accessible from a sponsoring
state page or directly from a school or district website.
secured access
Members are provided with a username and password for secured access to any of the groups that the member is a part of.
administrator access
The schoolboardnet administrator assigned by each Board, District or
group logs in just as a member but is given the ability to edit, create new users (up to the number
of licenses) and create new groups.
