surveys

Use schoolboardnet to create and adminsiter surveys. Features of Surveys include the ability to:

  • Poll entire groups, the public or just a few members
  • View the results of the survey in a summary form
  • View individual responses
  • See who has responded or make survey anonymous
  • Notify respondents or non-respondents
  • Make specific questions mandatory
  • Create questions in multiple choice, text box or number formats
  • Archive and/or duplicate surveys

The title and deadline of each survey appear on the main group and homepages. When a new survey is published, members recieve an e-mail notification with a link to the new survey.

Clicking on the link to the survey title reveals the survey. Members fill out the questions and then click send answers. The survey results automatically update with the new responses.

Results display in a summary form.
